The girls got a week at Camp Grandma in Thousand Oaks for the last full week before school starts. 
First on the list, finding a temporary "Not Our Cat Cat." Named "Lionheart" by the girls, this neighbor feline spent all week with us begging for attention.
Including looking for them and meowing at the door all hours of the day and night.
Quick educational trip to the beautiful Santa Barbara mission before heading to the beach.
Lunch with Grandma Carol.
Building sand castles.
Enjoying every last moment before driving back home to San Jose.
