It was that kind of cruise

We just returned from a trip out to SoCal. The primary purpose was a 5-day concert cruise to Cabo. A bunch of fun bands were on board, including my favorite guys, Guster, as well as John Mayer (the headliner--you may have heard of him), and O.A.R. There was also this inexplicable line of sparkly naked mannequins outside one of the clubs onboard. Lily was mesmerized.


We were on the 21,000-square-foot Splendor, the newest in Carnival's line of "Fun Ships."


Lily didn't much care for the life boat drill, but things definitely got better afterward. More posts to follow.
