Last night while Amalia was at a friend's house for a sleepover, Lily wanted to make a Chopped meal from the new recipe book she got at her school's Scholastic Book Fair.
She single-handedly made Nutty Tropical Kale and Rice Salad while I made Sauteed Chicken with Quick Mole Sauce.
Everything was delicious!
